Macarrão de Abobrinha com Linguiça

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pica primeiro o tomate, cebola e alho, após corta a abobrinha no sentido vertical (comprimento), reserve.
  2. Frite a linguiça com um pouco de azeite, vai acrescentando o tomate, cebola e o alho, frite bem após coloca 100ml de água acerte o sal e deixe apurar conforme seu gosto de molho.
  3. Frite a abobrinha em uma frigideira com o restante do azeite não pode deixar ela ficar muito mole, mais al'dente.
  4. Por fim arruma no prato a abobrinha e o molho por cima, quem gosta acrescente salsinha picada e queijo parmesão ralado.
  5. Bom apetite.
