Chili con Chicken

Chili mal anders.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chili und Paprika halbieren, und entkernen. Chili fein hacken, Paprika würfeln.
  2. Lauchzwiebeln putzen und in deine Ringe schneiden.
  3. Hähnchenbrust waschen und in Stücke schneiden.
  4. Öl in Pfanne erwärmen.
  5. Frühlingszwiebeln anbraten und Fleisch, Chili und Paprika dazugeben.
  6. 3 Minuten unter rühren braten.
  7. Tomatenmark, Erdnusscreme und Gemüsebrühe unterrühren.
  8. Kochen lassen bis die Soße andickt. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
