- Lauchzwiebeln putzen und in deine Ringe schneiden.
- Hähnchenbrust waschen und in Stücke schneiden.
- Öl in Pfanne erwärmen.
- Frühlingszwiebeln anbraten und Fleisch, Chili und Paprika dazugeben.
- 3 Minuten unter rühren braten.
- Tomatenmark, Erdnusscreme und Gemüsebrühe unterrühren.
- Kochen lassen bis die Soße andickt. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
