Texas Chili

Turkey and vegetable chili with beans.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown turkey in pan.
  2. Drain fat and put turkey in large stockpot.
  3. Simmer vegetables in turkey fat, ad to stockpot.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered over low heat for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Large crock pot? Would that be like a 6.5 qt capacity? (i.e, is a serving size really 3 cups?) Whatever the case may be this was really good.
