Crumble à la Rhubarbe

Directions

  1. Nettoyer et peler la rhubarbe. La couper en petits morceaux.
  2. Mélanger 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre avec la rhubarbe.
  3. Mélanger le reste des ingrédients avec les doigts pour former la pâte à crumble (former de petits grumeaux).
  4. Disposer la rhubarbe dans un plat allant au four et mettre la pâte à crumble par dessus.
  5. Enfourner 20 min à 200°.
  6. Servir tiède.
