Кабачки в Кисло-Сладком Соусе

Вкусное и пикантное блюдо.

Directions

  1. Кабачки порезать кубиками, обжарить до полуготовности.
  2. Соевый соус, мед, сок лимона, раздавленый чеснок, перец, приправу (карри можно заменить на имбирь, к примеру), смешать и добавить к кабачкам.
  3. Через пару минуть добавить зелень.
  4. Подавать, посыпав обжаренным на сухой сковороде кунжутом.
