Directions
- Кабачки порезать кубиками, обжарить до полуготовности.
- Соевый соус, мед, сок лимона, раздавленый чеснок, перец, приправу (карри можно заменить на имбирь, к примеру), смешать и добавить к кабачкам.
- Через пару минуть добавить зелень.
- Подавать, посыпав обжаренным на сухой сковороде кунжутом.
