Raparperikiisseli

Hyvää vaikka pelkäksi juomaksi.

Directions

  1. Kuori ja paloittele raparperi. Laita 6 dl vettä kiehumaan. Lisää raparperit kiehuvaan veteen.
  2. Kiehauta raparperejä niin kauan kunnes ne ovat mössöä (n.15min).
  3. Laita erillisessä kupissa perunajauho veteen jonka jälkeen yhdistät sen raparperien joukkoon norottaen ja samalla vispaten. Lisää myös sokeri ja kaneli.
  4. Nauti.
