Sopa de Legumes com Frango
Saudável e bem nutritiva. Ideal para quem está fazendo dieta de baixa caloria.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cozinhe o frango apenas com água e sal.
- Na panela de pressão coloque todos os ingredientes, inclusive o frango já cozido.
- Tempere a gosto (eu usei cominho, pimenta calabresa e pimenta do reino).
- Quando pegar pressão, conte 10 min e desligue.
- Deixe esfriar um pouco e coloque em pequenos potinhos para congelar.
