Sopa de Legumes com Frango

Saudável e bem nutritiva. Ideal para quem está fazendo dieta de baixa caloria.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cozinhe o frango apenas com água e sal.
  2. Na panela de pressão coloque todos os ingredientes, inclusive o frango já cozido.
  3. Tempere a gosto (eu usei cominho, pimenta calabresa e pimenta do reino).
  4. Quando pegar pressão, conte 10 min e desligue.
  5. Deixe esfriar um pouco e coloque em pequenos potinhos para congelar.
