Moqueca Light

Uma moqueca fácil e com poucas calorias.

  1. Tempere o peixe com sal e o suco de limão deixe marinando. Enquanto o peixe está marinando, corte em rodelas as cebolas, o pimentão, os tomates. Descasque e amasse os alhos e pique as ervas(coentro, salsa e cebolinha).
  2. Refogue o alho, acrescente um pouco de cebola e pimentão e um pouquinho das ervas (não é necessário dourar, apenas uma refogadinha rápida.
  3. Faça camadas de postas de peixe (reserva o caldo da marinada), cebola, pimentão, tomates e ervas (coentro, salsa e cebolinha). Misture o caldo da marinada com 2 colheres de colorau e despeje sobre os ingredientes.
  4. Cozinhar em fogo baixo por uns 20 a 25 minutos com a panela tampada.
