Boekweit Pannenkoek

Gezonde pannenkoek van boekweitmeel.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Doe de melk in je beslagkom. Doe het ei er bij en klop het met een garde. Voer vervolgens de boekweitmeel toe en klop alles met de garde tot een luchtig/glad mengsel. Vervolgens voeg je zout toe.
  2. Zet de pan op het vuur en doe een klein beetje olie of kokosvet in de pan. doe vervolgens het beslag in de pan en bak de pannenkoek goed bruin.
  3. Tot slot kan je eventueel aardbeien of banaan toevoegen.
