Torta Fichi, Mandorle e Cioccolato 100%

Senza glutine e lattosio.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mescolare le banane schiacciate, l'amido, il pane, la farina, il lievito, il dolcificante e lo yogurt.
  2. Montare gli albumi a neve ferma ed aggiungerli al composto.
  3. Aggiungere i pezzetti di cioccolato e mandorle e i fichi.
  4. Versare il composto in uno stampo rivestito di carta forno.
  5. Cuocere in forno statico preriscaldato a 180°C per 40 minuti.
  6. Lasciare raffreddare e poi tagliare.
