Senza glutine e lattosio.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mescolare le banane schiacciate, l'amido, il pane, la farina, il lievito, il dolcificante e lo yogurt.
- Montare gli albumi a neve ferma ed aggiungerli al composto.
- Aggiungere i pezzetti di cioccolato e mandorle e i fichi.
- Versare il composto in uno stampo rivestito di carta forno.
- Cuocere in forno statico preriscaldato a 180°C per 40 minuti.
- Lasciare raffreddare e poi tagliare.
