Ground Beef and Zucchini

I put this dish together because I was tired of hamburgers and it was pretty good.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.
  2. Add tomato sauce, Splenda and zucchini and cook for 20 minutes.

I think this is good for Atkins induction as long as you make sure you use tomato sauce with no added sugar. This looks really good. I would probably add a little shredded mozzarella over top in the last few minutes of baking.
