Low Carb Brot

Einfach und gut.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Alle Zutaten zu einem Teig mit 300 ml warmen Wasser mit einer Küchenmaschine oder Handrührer zu einem Teig vermengen. Bei den Leinsamen kann man von der gesamten Menge die hälfte geschrotet nehmen wird dann fluffiger. Bitte 1 Päckchen Trockenhefe verwenden.
  2. Den Teig in eine gefettete oder mit Backpapier ausgelegte Kastenform geben. Dann ca 40 min gehen lassen am besten an einem warmen Örtchen. Vorgeheizten Backofen bei unter ober Hitze mittlere Schiene ca.50 min bei 180° raus backen.
  3. Aus der Kastenform stürzen und abkühlen lassen. Schmeckt getoastet besonders lecker.
