Перловка с Грибами

Сытное блюдо для обеда.

Directions

  1. Перловку замачиваем в воде на ночь. Потом в этой же воде, посолив, варим на медленном огне до готовности. Минут 20.
  2. Грибы режем, морковь натираем на терке, лук мелко порезать. Все обжарить на масле минут 10. Потом все перемешиваем. Готово.
