Печень Куриная с Брокколи

Тушеная печень с овощами.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Мелко режем лук, морковь трем на терке, режем перец мелким кубиком.
  2. Все обжариваем на сковороде без масла. минуты 3-4.
  3. Добавляем печень и брокколи. Все перемешиваем.
  4. Заливаем примерно 150 мл воды и тушим на слабом огне минут 20. Соль, перец - по вкусу.
