Houmous

Purée de pois chiche.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bien rincer et égoutter les pois chiches. Les mixer à l'aide d'un robot.
  2. En cours de mixage, verser le jus de citron. Mixer jusqu'à obtention d'une préparation lisse et homogène.
  3. Ajouter l'huile d'olive et continuer de mixer. Eplucher l'ail et le piler. Laisser reposer l'ail pendant 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporer l'ail à la préparation, à l'aide d'une fourchette.
  5. Dresser dans un plat de service et saupoudrer de menthe hachée. Servir avec des tranches de pain.

je fait cuire 1k de pois chiche et je les fait congeler ,j en ai toujours pour ajouter ds salade ou autre .
