Directions

  1. Amasse bem a banana, adicione o ovo e bata a mistura com um garfo ou um mixer.
  2. Quando estiver bem consistente, colocar um fio de azeite (opcional) e depois coloque a massa na quantidade que desejar. É importante que seja uma camada fina.
  3. Quando começarem a aparecer buraquinhos é hora de virar a panqueca e deixar mais 1 minuto.
  4. Está pronto.
