Himbeer Muffins

Low carb himbeer muffins.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Die 4 Eier trennen, Eiweiß mit etwas salz steif schlagen.
  2. Das Eigelb mit dem öl schaumig schlagen.
  3. Die gemahlenen Mandel hinzugeben und mit 1/3 Eischnee verrühren.
  4. Mit zimt, zuckerersatz, vanillaroma "abschmecken".
  5. Restlichen Eischnee unterheben.
  6. In muffinsförmchen füllen und je 4-5 Himbeeren leicht eindrücken.
  7. Bei 200°C 20min backen.
