Pommes de Terre Macaires

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Laver et cuire les pommes de terre avec la peau. Laisser refroidir.
  2. Couper les pommes de terre en 2 dans le sens de la longueur et les vider délicatement sans abîmer la peau avec une petite cuillière. Réservez les pommes de terres vides pour la suite.
  3. Ecraser finement la chair de pommes de terre avec le jaune d'oeuf, le beurre, la crême liquide, le jambon coupé en petits morceaux, sel, poivre et muscade.
  4. Farcir les pommes de terre vides de cette préparation, mettre un peu d'émmental râpé sur le dessus. Enfourner four 180 degré pendant +- 20 minutes.
