Directions

  1. Tomate mit Wasser in Blender. Nun mit den flohsamen schalen gemahlen vermischen bis Brei entsteht und 2 Std ziehen lassen. Die Nüsse auch in Wasser einweichen, danach wieder abgießen.
  2. Nun die Zutaten zusammen in den Blender und die fertig Masse für 1 Std in den Kühlschrank und servieren.

Finde das Rezept an sich nicht schlecht. Nur das dort Nüsse verwendet werden finde ich persönlich nicht gut. Das sind ja reine Kalorienbomben. :(
