Omelett mit Zucchini und Möhre

Viel Eiweiß.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Möhre und Zucchini waschen und in eine Schüssel grob reiben.
  2. Fügen Sie die Eier und den geriebenen Gouda hinzu.
  3. Alles vermischen und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
  4. In einer Pfanne anbraten, nach ca. 5 Minuten wenden und erneut goldbraun braten.
