Lekker, zacht en koolhydraatarm recept.

Directions

  1. Blend de havermout tot meel.
  2. Voeg het eiwitpoeder toe.
  3. Voeg de banaan, het ei en de melk toe. Mix het mengsel tot een gladde massa.
  4. Voeg de baking soda toe en meng voorzichtig.
  5. Giet het mengsel in cupcakevormpjes. Zet de muffins 20 minuten in de oven op 180°C.
