Galets Rellenos de Queso Fresco y Espinacas

Pasta rellena con salsa de tomate.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Hierve los galets 2-3 minutos menos del tiempo que indique en el paquete para que queden al dente.
  2. Escaldar las espinacas sumergiéndolas 2 minutos en agua hirviendo. Apártalas y escúrrelas bien.
  3. Bate los huevos con el ricotta. Incorpora las espinacas y mezcla todo bien.
  4. Con la ayuda de una cucharita pequeña, rellena los galets.
  5. Reparte la salsa de tomate por la fuente que vayas a utilizar y ve depositando los galets rellenos encima.
  6. Hornea durante 20 minutos a 180ºC.
