Dorada al Horno

Directions

  1. Precalienta el horno a 180ºC.
  2. Pela las patatas y córtalas a rodajas finas, de unos 3-5mm de grosor. Salpiméntalas y repártelas por la bandeja del horno, previamente engrasada con un poco de aceite de oliva, o forrada con papel vegetal.
  3. Pela la cebolla, córtala también a rodajas, de forma que te queden aros y reparte por encima de la patata.
  4. Lava bien el limón y córtalo a rodajas. Reserva.
  5. Haz un par de cortes transversales en un costado de la dorada e inserta una rodaja de limón en cada uno.
  6. Pon la dorada en la bandeja, reparte el resto de limón por encima de las patatas.
  7. Mezcla el perejil con el vino blanco y viértelo sobre la dorada y las patatas.
  8. Hornea durante 20 minutos.
