Rollitos de Berenjena y Queso Crema Light

Directions

  1. Lava la berenjena y córtala a láminas longitudinales, de unos 5 milímetros de grosor. Sálalas y déjalas escurrir durante media hora, para que no amarguen
  2. Calienta una plancha y haz las berenjenas en ella.
  3. Salpimenta el queso crema y reparte una cucharada de la mezcla en cada lámina de berenjena extendida y enróllala sobre sí misma.
