  1. Ugotować brokuły, pomidory pokroić w kostkę lub plasterki, jaja wbić do miski i rozmieszać.
  2. Oliwy wlewamy jajka i dodajemy ugotowane (nieco rozdrobnione) brokuły i pokrojone pomidory.
  3. Smażymy aż jajko się zetnie. Złożyć na pół.
