Directions

  1. Misturar os ingredientes secos. Bater os ovos, juntar o resto dos ingredientes molhados e juntar aos secos.
  2. Assar em formas pequenas de silicone por 15 minutos em forno baixo ou numa forma média por 25 minutos, até um palito sair seco.
  3. Podem juntar-se nozes picadas, queijo parmesão ralado, etc, mas nesse caso os factos nutricionais mudam.
