- Oven voorverwarmen op 200 °C of gasovenstand 4.
- Aardappelpuree bereiden volgens gebruiksaanwijzing. Ui pellen en snipperen. In braadpan 2 eetlepels olie verhitten. Ui ca. 1 minuut fruiten. Groentemix toevoegen en ca. 2 minuten meebakken. Maïs laten uitlekken. Kalfsragout en maïs toevoegen en even mee verwarmen.
- Op smaak brengen met zout en peper.
- Ovenschaal invetten met rest van olie. Ragoutmengsel in ovenschaal scheppen. Afdekken met laag puree. Schaal in oven ca. 15 minuten gr.
