Нежное, воздушное и очень вкусное рыбное суфле.

Directions

  1. Филе рыбы отварить 5-7 мин.
  2. Рыбу остудить и разобрать на мелкие кусочки.
  3. Взбить отдельно желтки с молоком. Взбить белки отдельно.
  4. Рыбу приправить мускатным орехом, поперчить, посолить.
  5. Смешать рыбу с желтками и следом ввести белки.
  6. Разложить в формовки и выпекать 30 мин при температуре 220 градусов.
