Arroz con Salchichas al Vapor

Arroz blanco con salchichas, sin grasas añadidas.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Lavar el arroz, picar las salchichas en pedazos pequeños y diluir la sal en las dos tazas de agua.
  2. Colocar el arroz en una sartén junto con las 2 tazas de agua y las salchichas picadas.
  3. Cocinar a fuego medio hasta que el agua comience a hervir, en ese momento disminuir la intensidad del fuego al mínimo, tapar y dejar cocinar por aproximadamente 30 minutos sin destapar.
  4. En caso de tener vaporera eléctrica, se vierten los ingredientes en un recipiente resistente al calor y se cubre con aluminio, dejando cocinar por 1 hora.

Me agrada pero preferiría eliminar las salchichas, definitivamente los embutidos es algo que debemos eliminar completamente de nuestra dieta, pero de verdad muchas gracias por la receta!
