Directions
- Dissolva o caldo de legumes em um litro de água, e mantenha-o no fogo. Refogue a cebola e o alho na manteiga. Adicione a abobrinha e um pouco de água para cozinhar a mesma. Quando a abobrinha estiver al dente, reserve.
- Após retirar a abobrinha da panela, esquente o vinho, e adicione o arroz e o açafrão da terra. Sempre mexendo, vá acrescentando a água com o caldo aos poucos, até cozer o arroz.
- Quando o arroz estiver quase pronto, acrescente a abobrinha reservada. Adicione o queijo ralado, mexa e sirva.
- Se quiser mais verdinho, pode adicionar salsinha.
