- Fruit de groenten een paar minuten en voeg dan de groentebouillon toe. Laat het ongeveer 15-20 minuten koken.
- Bak ondertussen spek uit en laat uitlekken op keukenpapier.
- Pureer de soep tot een gladde massa en voeg zout en peper toe.
- Serveer met een topping van spek en demi creme fraiche.
