Brocolli-courgettesoep

Bevredigend en heerlijk.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fruit de gesnipperde ui in olie. Voeg als de ui glazig is de broccoli in roosjes en de in blokjes gesneden courgette toe.
  2. Fruit de groenten een paar minuten en voeg dan de groentebouillon toe. Laat het ongeveer 15-20 minuten koken.
  3. Bak ondertussen spek uit en laat uitlekken op keukenpapier.
  4. Pureer de soep tot een gladde massa en voeg zout en peper toe.
  5. Serveer met een topping van spek en demi creme fraiche.
