Диетический суп-пюре.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Шампиньоны почистить, измельчить в блендере. Засыпать в кипящую воду (1 л), посолить, варить около получаса.
  2. Морковь и чеснок измельчить в блендере, добавить к грибам, варить ещё 10 минут.
  3. В самом конце добавить сыр. Посолить, поперчить по вкусу.
