Bolo de Laranja

É um pão naturalmente doce, perfeito com café.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pré-aquece o forno a 185ºC e forra a base de uma forma de 20cm com papel vegetal. Leva o óleo de côco 30 segundos ao microondas (800W) e reserva.
  2. Separa as gemas das claras e bate as claras em castelo. Retira raspas de ambas laranjas e retirar-lhes o sumo.
  3. Adicione o suco de laranja e o mel às gemas. Misture tudo.
  4. Em uma tigela separada, misture a aveia, a farinha de coco e o fermento. Adicione raspas de laranja.
  5. Adicione à mistura de gemas e mexa. Adicione o óleo de coco (previamente aquecido) e misture bem.
  6. Envolve as claras em castelo na massa, levemente.
  7. Despeje na forma e leve ao forno por cerca de 45-50 minutos ou até ficar bem cozido por dentro.
