Нежная яичница с луком и помидорами.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Взять 'половину средней луковицы, порезать ее, средний помидор, порезать, разогреть сковороду и смазать сливочным маслом.
  2. Жарить лук 5 минут, к луку добавить помидоры, жарить все вместе еще 7 минут.
  3. Взять два яйца, взбить их ложкой в стакане, вылить к помидорам и луку.
  4. Все посолить, разломать кусочек плавленного сыра в упаковке и положить в яичницу.
  5. Закрыть крышкой, иногда открывать и перемешивать, жарить еще 4 минуты.
  6. Яичница готова.
