Directions
- Picar en trozos pequeños los pimientos, tomates, repollo, tallos de apio y cebollas.
- Saltear todas las verduras menos el tomate y el repollo. Aparte en una olla muy grande poner a hervir agua hasta la mitad de la olla, agregandole los cubos de caldo.
- Agregar todas las verduras picadas incluyendo el repollo y los tomates y dejar hervir 45 minutos.
- Dejar enfriar y guardar en el refrigerador. Esta cantidad de sopa alcanza aproximadamente para 14 platos grandes soperos llenos.
