Ensalada Saludable de Quínoa

Ensalada tabule o Marroquí.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Poner la quínoa en un colador y enjuagar bajo chorro de agua fria varias veces. Poner a hervir 2 tazas grandes de agua y agregar la quínoa y cocinar por 15 minutos.
  2. Mientras picas muy fina la cebolla, los tomates, el ajo, el perejil y un poquito de menta fresca (OPCIONAL). Cortas en cubos pequeños los 50 gramos de mozzarella. Tambien puede usarse otro queso, yo uso queso de cabra.
  3. Colamos la quínoa, mezclamos todo y alineamos con aceite, limon, sal y pimienta negra. Esta ensalada se puede comer tibia o dejamos enfriar la quínoa y la consumimos fria.
