Tzaziki Selbstgemacht

Tzatziki ist ein wohlschmeckender Dip und erfrischt gerade im Sommer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Schmand mit Magerquark cremig verrühren, Knoblauch fein hacken oder reiben und dazu geben.
  2. Gurke waschen, schälen und raspeln, in einem Sieb abwässern lassen und mit der Hand dann noch die restliche Flüssigkeit ausdrücken, zur Creme geben.
  3. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und ca. ne halbe Stunde durchziehen lassen.
