- Schmand mit Magerquark cremig verrühren, Knoblauch fein hacken oder reiben und dazu geben.
- Gurke waschen, schälen und raspeln, in einem Sieb abwässern lassen und mit der Hand dann noch die restliche Flüssigkeit ausdrücken, zur Creme geben.
- Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und ca. ne halbe Stunde durchziehen lassen.
