Directions

  1. Bata os ovos, as claras e a albumina até dobrar de volume.
  2. Adicione os ingredientes restantes, colocando o fermento por último. Misture delicadamente.
  3. Despeje em uma forma de bolo forrada com papel manteiga.
  4. Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por 30 minutos ou até que o palito saia limpo.
