Sambal Bawang

Saus bawang yang menggugah selera dan mudah dibuat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis cabai hingga matang.
  2. Tambahkan semua bahan ke dalam blender. Blender hingga halus.
  3. Tuang adonan ke dalam wajan yang sama, beri minyak sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk rata dan masak dengan api kecil hingga air menyusut. Bumbui sesuai selera.
  4. Setelah matang, matikan api, biarkan dingin dan pindahkan ke wadah bertutup.
