Caldo de Chuchu

Caldo de chuchu cremoso e saboroso com bacon e repolho.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Descasque e corte os chuchus em pedaços.
  2. Pique o bacon, alho e cebola.
  3. Em uma panela pré-aquecida, frite o bacon, o alho e a cebola. Deixou de lado.
  4. Ferva a água e adicione os chuchus fatiados, tempere a gosto. Cubra e cozinhe por alguns minutos.
  5. Liquidifique cuidadosamente os chuchus, adicione o bacon e o repolho refogado. Cozinhe em fogo baixo.
