Souflé de Legumes

Um prato saboroso e leve à base de abobrinha e couve-flor.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cozinha a couve-flor em água com um pouco de sal. Refogue a cebola na margarina e adicione um pouco de açafrão. Junte a abobrinha e refogue até amolecer. Retire do fogo e reserve.
  2. Em uma panela, fora do fogo, dissolva a farinha de trigo no leite frio e junte as gemas. Misture bem com um garfo. Tempere com sal, pimenta e os temperos de sua preferência e leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo sempre para não empelotar.
  3. Retire do fogo e misture a abobrinha refogada, a couve-flor e a ricota picada. Bata as claras em neve, misture o fermento e junte delicadamente ao creme de legumes.
  4. Ponha em uma forma untada com margarina e leve ao forno (temperatura média) pré aquecido e deixe por cerca de 30 minutos. Retire do forno e sirva.
