Sandwich rápido e bem saudável para quem quer perder peso.

Directions

  1. Pegue as 2 fatias de pão e passe 1 colher de sopa de maionese sobre elas.
  2. Coloque a cenoura o tomate e o alface em cima de uma das fatias e coloque um fio de azeite.
  3. Na outra fatia coloque o peito de Peru e ponha em cima da fatia que está com os vegetais e está pronto.

Recomendo comprar um peito de peru que tenha menos sal e gordura possível!E ao invés de passar maionese, optar pela versão light ou melhor: requeijão light.
