  1. Лаваш нарезать небольшими кусочками.
  2. Яйца взбить с молоком и маслом. Добавить тертый сыр и соль. Размешать.
  3. Все смешать и вылить в сковороду с антипригарным покрытием. Обжариваем с двух сторон до румяности.
