Directions
- Em uma panela, coloque a quinoa com mais uma xícara de água. Tampe e deixe ferver por 15 minutos ou até que toda água seja absorvida.
- Pré aqueça o forno à 180 graus.
- Em um recipiente grande, bata os ovos.
- Acrescente o espinafre cozido e refogado, o alho poró, orégano, queijo e temperos.
- Adicione a quinoa e misture bem.
- Colocar em forminhas e assar por 20 minutos ou até estarem completamente assados.
