Baked Atlantic Salmon with Vegetables
Fish baked in the oven is a delicious easy recipe.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop the onion, tomatoes and pepper in pieces and put in a baking dish for 30 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).
- Add the Atlantic salmon to the baking dish and spread the onion, tomatoes and red peppers over the top, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pour juice of one lemon over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes.

It's pretty meaningless unless you know how big the salmon fillets are to start with :-(
