Закуска из Цукини с Помидорами

Вкусное и быстрое блюдо, которое можно готовить даже на работе.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Плоскую тарелку смазываем растительным маслом, обваливаем в нем нарезанные кружками толщиной по 0,5 см. цуккини и распределяем по тарелке одним слоем.
  2. Помидоры нарезаем кружками или дольками, выкладываем их на цуккини.
  3. На помидоры кладем немного пропущенного через пресс чеснока.
  4. Сверху кружки посыпаем тертым сыром.
  5. Запекаем в микроволновке на средней мощности 4 минуты. Закуску подаем горячей.
