"Cookie Dough" Dip

Protein packed chickpea dip made into a sweet non-guilty treat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, and agave nectar in a food processor and mix until it's well blended into a puree.
  2. Remove cookie dough mixture from blender, and place in bowl.
  3. Add chocolate chips, and mix well.
  4. Enjoy chilled with sliced apples or even with a spoon.
  5. Note: you can also sub any nut butter for peanut butter.
