Ingredients
Directions
- Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, and agave nectar in a food processor and mix until it's well blended into a puree.
- Remove cookie dough mixture from blender, and place in bowl.
- Add chocolate chips, and mix well.
- Enjoy chilled with sliced apples or even with a spoon.
- Note: you can also sub any nut butter for peanut butter.
