Salteado de Espárragos, Ajos Tiernos y Gambas
Salteado muy nutritivo y ràpido de preparar.

Directions
- Lavamos y cortamos en dados los ajos y los espárragos, separando la parte blanca de los ajos de la verde. A los espárragos los herviremos durante 10 minutos para que queden tiernos.
- En una sarten añadimos una cucharada de aceite de oliva, y cuando esté caliente añadimos la parte blanca de los ajos, ya lavada y cortada. Cuando empiece a dorarse añadimos la parte verde de los ajos y los espárragos (hervidos previamente). Salteamos a fuego medio, y cuando la verdura esté dorada añadimos las gambas.
- Batimos el huevo, y cuando la verdura y las gambas están doradas añadimos el huevo, y tan pronto cuaje, retiramos del fuego, rectificamos de sal, y servimos.
