Bolo de Abóbora

Pão macio e saboroso para o café da manhã ou lanche.

Directions

  1. Descasque e pique a abóbora. Cozinhe em água fervente até ficar macio. Escorra e deixe esfriar.
  2. Misture tudo no liquidificador até ficar homogêneo. Adicione o fermento em pó por último.
  3. Coloque em uma forma de bolo levemente untada e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 200ºC por 40 minutos.
