Quiche Saumon et Brocolis

Une belle quiche dorée qui ravira toute la famille.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Préchauffer le four à 200°c.
  2. Faire cuire brocolis pendant 10 mins.
  3. Découper le saumon en cube, le déposer au four d'un moule chemisé.
  4. Mélanger les œufs, le lait, la crème fraîche sel poivre curry. Ajouter la farine tout en mélangeant, et enfin le gruyère.
  5. Ajouter les têtes de brocolis égouttés sur le saumon, et verser la préparation dessus.
  6. Cuire 30 min 200°c.
